All of the equipment in use is regularly checked for proper condition and operation. Since our staff has experience with a wide variety of these technologies and equipment, we can evaluate and make recommendations to your team.

This is not just a guard tour app. There are plenty of those on the market. This platform is unique because it integrates with Marina’s’ other proprietary systems to create a comprehensive data gathering, analyzing, and reporting solution.

We can also use your preferred software and equipment and software. These include solutions for data collection, guard touring, communications, surveillance, parking access and mobile patrols.
Data Collection Infrastructure
Used by many security services companies, we can utilize WinTeam scheduling program, an automated sign in/out app where officers use their cell phone to clock in/out as well as for compliance, human resources, and billing. The system is geo-fenced per specific location. We are currently transitioning from ADP and setting up guard tracking ability, so guards can check in at a specific post location. We are also transitioning from paper timesheets to digital check-in, via calling or using the app to clock in/clock out.
Guard and Touring Systems
Using a wand to scan checkpoints or location tags as well as buttons, touring systems allow daily shift reports for management or clients. Two of those systems include the Deggy system and the Patrol Guard Tour System.
Similar systems include Silvertrac, TrackTic, and NFC chips.
Radio Communications
Two-way radios are important in responding to accidents and safely moving equipment and personnel. Our guards, trained in whichever equipment needed on assignment, are in constant communication with supervisors who support their operation and proactively manage security situations.
Smart Phones
Some locations use Smart phones (iPhone) to communicate with each other and to proactively respond to routine and critical issues, keeping in touch with supervisors for support and contacting appropriate authorities.
CCTV Monitoring Surveillance Systems
Our staff is trained in the latest technology including the use of PTZ cameras, IP configured systems and various video-recording methods from tapes and DVDs to USB drives.
Parking Specific Equipment
Familiarity with parking equipment allows our team to better understand the challenges faced by parking staff, assisting the parking team where appropriate. For example, in an emergency where for safety reasons patrons are temporarily not allowed to enter the facility, our guards can disarm the gate.
Mobile Patrol Vehicles
Our staff is trained one in our procedures/protocols and have one-on-one, behind-the-wheel experience. They are also prepared to use golf carts or bicycles for mobile patrolling.
