I have worked with Marina for 3 years, finding them the best overall value of any security company I have worked with in my 20 years of property management. The guards are punctual and understand the customer service component to security services. They developed a training manual specific to the needs of the Japan Center. We are a privately owned mall—in public partnership with the City of San Francisco—as there is a Public Park between two of the buildings. We are a family, cultural and community oriented shopping center, with problems that are specific to this center/ area. Marina adapted their protocol to meet my needs.

Marina Security has been providing nighttime security for the Civic Center Plaza area since mid-2019, where they deter trespassers and drug users during the park off-hours. When we needed additional services for the UN Plaza Farmer's Market, they were responsive and were highly appreciated by the Farmers Market staff. I have been pleased with their service quality, ability to address/respond to issues, daily report consistency. They are always professional, competent, cooperative, and pleasant to work with. Thanks to their steady presence, the new playgrounds on Civic Center Plaza have remained remarkably free of vandalism and other safety issues, safe for children to come and play in the daytime - not a small feat for this ever-challenging location.
